These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stridespot.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from StrideSpot LLC ("StrideSpot," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.
2. Products and pricing
We try to describe and price our products accurately. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full; we'll let you know if that happens. Product photos are representative; minor variations in packaging or color may occur.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by a third-party, PCI-compliant payment provider. By submitting payment information you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including any applicable tax. We do not store your full card number.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
6. Intellectual property
The StrideSpot name, logo, site design, text, and images are owned by StrideSpot LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
7. Warranty
Each StrideSpot device carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water immersion, or unauthorized repair. To make a claim, email support@stridespot.com with your order number.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the limited warranty above and any rights you have under applicable law, the Site and products are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the product will achieve any particular health outcome. Individual results vary.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrideSpot's total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
