How the trial works
EMS works best when you give it a couple of weeks, so we want you to actually use the device before deciding. That's why our trial covers used units, not just unopened boxes. You have 30 days from delivery to decide it's not for you and start a return.
How to start a return
- Email support@stridespot.com with your order number and a quick note that you'd like to return it.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the device, remote, and any accessories, and ship it back. We recommend a tracked method so you have proof of postage.
- Once it arrives and we've checked it in, we issue your refund.
Refund amount and timing
We refund the full purchase price you paid for the product. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we receive and process the return, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return shipping
For trial returns, you cover the cost of shipping the device back to us. If the return is because the item was defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping and replace or refund it — just send us a photo first.
Defective or damaged items
If your StrideSpot arrives damaged or stops working as it should within the one-year limited warranty, email support@stridespot.com with your order number and a description (a photo or short video helps). We'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
2-pack returns
If you bought the 2-pack and want to return it, the same 30-day trial applies to the order as a whole. You're welcome to return one unit or both; we refund the per-order value of what you send back.
What isn't covered
- Returns started more than 30 days after delivery.
- Devices damaged by misuse, drops, water immersion, or unauthorized repair (separate from the warranty terms).
- The adhesive body pads and other consumable accessories, once opened, for hygiene reasons — unless they were defective.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it's already on its way, treat it as a standard return once it arrives.
