The short version

StrideSpot is a small consumer-wellness company. We collect only what we need to take your order, ship it, support you, and run basic analytics so we know which ads bring people here. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We never store your full card number.

To delete your dataEmail support@stridespot.com from the address you used at checkout and ask us to delete your records. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. What we do not collect

We are not a healthcare provider. We do not ask for, want, or store your medical history, diagnoses, or any clinical record. If you mention a health condition in a support email, we use it only to answer your question; we do not index or share it.

4. How we use your information

To process and ship orders, send receipts and service emails, provide support and handle returns, prevent fraud, comply with the law, and improve the site and our advertising through aggregate analytics.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. If ownership of the business ever changes, we'll notify you before any data is transferred.

6. Cookies

We use first-party cookies to remember your cart and your preferences, plus a small number of analytics and advertising cookies to understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may not persist if you do.

7. How long we keep data

Order records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and tax purposes, then deleted. Server logs and analytics data are rotated out after about 90 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA and similar U.S. state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of it — which we do not do. To exercise any right, email support@stridespot.com. We respond within 45 days and never penalize you for asking.

9. Children

StrideSpot is intended for adults. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

10. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Payments go through a PCI-DSS-compliant processor, and we never store full card numbers. If we ever learn of a breach affecting you, we'll notify you by email.

11. Changes

If we make a meaningful change to this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, post a notice on the home page.
