Shipping Policy

The quick answerWe ship free anywhere in the contiguous United States. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive in about 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're outside the U.S. and would like a StrideSpot, email us at support@stridespot.com and we'll let you know if that changes.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We aim to pack and hand off every order to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day or two — we'll email you if your order is delayed.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and the holiday rush can add time beyond our control.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking link. If you haven't seen it within three business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email support@stridespot.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Carriers

We ship with USPS and UPS, choosing the best option for your address. The carrier may vary by location and package size.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address; a re-shipping fee may apply. If a tracked package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days and we'll help open a carrier investigation.

Damaged in transit

If your StrideSpot arrives damaged, email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery at support@stridespot.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
